i love this game. Amazing graphics, cool sounds, and alot of fun. this game is almost completly flawless. the only problem is that when you get a weapon..its kinda hard to tell what it is. i would read the instruction booklet thoroughly before doing the game. i dont know what the internet thing is like because i live an a remote area and we dont have any connections up here. im sure if you lived in a city it would work though. i love the tracks in this game...unlike any racing game ever!! thumbs up!Customer Review: Best PSP game period

I'm not a big videogame player, and usually get bored of games quickly, but I've had this game now for 9 months, and even though I have 4 other games for my PSP, this is the one I still love--it never gets boring, and even though in general I am really bad at all videogames, I have slowly improved, though I'm still not through half the levels and need to find some cheats. The gameplay is great, though they could have a few more weapons (maybe there are at higher levels). I managed to download one new track and ship thru the wireless connection but haven't tried again now for a while. Anyway, it's a great game overall.Customer Review: Arguably the best of the Wipeout series!

Several years ago I discovered Wipeout XL on the Playstation. Since then, I've played just about all of the Wipeout racing games that have come out on all of the other consoles. Recently I picked up a PSP and naturally I had to check out Wipeout Pure. Trust me when I say that I've put some mileage on this game. What an incredible racing game. Who would have thought that Wipeout would be this good on little old PSP? The stunning graphics and sound enhance the experience beyond any of its predecessors.
Experienced pilots may find the controls simplified at first, but rest assured that the more advanced leagues offer you some of the best physics models of any of the Wipeout versions.
Another plus with Wipeout Pure is the fact you can download expansion packs for free! Wipeout offers challenges aplenty for racing game fans. You don't need to know the old versions to enjoy and understand this one.
So without any more thinking; go out and buy this game! You won't regret it.

This game is great! it has amzing graphics and it is my first game. 1 problem is that it can freeze while you are playing. dont worry if it happens, because it is quite normal. The music is really interesting. not good not bad but also strange. I would advise this game to a person who likes
battle-racing games. By the way, if you are getting a psp get screen protectors, a memory stick reader, and a nice case!

It almost pains me to write this review as I am sure people will hate my review as much as I hated this game. The Good: absolutely beautiful game. Good animations, great worlds. This game is great for people who will take the hours necessary to master the racing in this game. This game could last forever for them. The Bad: However, for those of us with lives that like to game from time to time for some fun times, avoid this game at all costs. It is flipping hard. Without hours of practice, you will slam into 3-4 walls of every race, thus insuring your defeat and frustration.
Bottom Line: Is it fun? If you have lots of time to master it. I am told you will love the game once you do. Will I keep it? I am also told you have no life if you spend it all mastering the fine art of a VIDEO GAME. Is it for kids? Nope. Too hard.
