This game is virtually no different than it's predecessors. If you're a fan you won't be disappointed at all.
In fact, the strange thing is I find myself enjoying this game more than I have a lot of the other recent GTA titles.
The graphics are good, the radio stations are AWESOME, the dialogue is hilarious.
I'm not the biggest GTA fan in the world and I loved this installment. I actually became pretty addicted to it for a while, though eventually I did become bored with the plot and started going bezerk using cheats, which is fun in itself.
If you do buy this, please, please READ THE MANUAL!!! It's a work of art in itself. They designed it to look like the National Enquirer, complete with hilarious articles and personals ads. It's a great addition to a great game.
