Been waiting for a charger grip that would fit my PSP slim, so I grabbed this new Nyko unit as soon as it became available locally. This was my first experience with these grips. Unfortunately, although the battery seems to work, the grips do not. Sure, the PSP slim will clip in, but the grips themselves are so loose and wobbly that it doesn't matter. Your PSP constantly shifts around (but does not fall out). I thought my grips were defective since the instructions say they extend and lock into place, so I opened them up. There is no internal structure to lock them open and provide any stability.
Back to the store they go....
